SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Information:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped via Canada Post within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Coverage: We currently ship within Canada only. For international orders, please contact us directly.
• Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated based on order weight at checkout.
• Tracking: You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
• Delivery Times: Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location within Canada.
• Service Disruptions: Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

LOCAL PICK-UP:
We offer free local pick-up at 1060 Sheppard Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario. You will be sent an email to confirm your order is ready for pick-up and can coordinate a pick-up time. Pick up will be in the main entrance of the Condo building, a well-lit and secure area ensuring both of our safety. 

For now, pick up is only available Monday-Friday from 5-8pm and anytime from 9-8pm on weekends. 

 

LOCAL DELIVERY:

We currently offer $10 standard delivery for orders only within the GTA. Once your order has been placed we will reach out to coordinate delivery times. To avoid any potential issues, we prefer to hand customers their order and avoid leaving packages unattended. 

 

RETURNS:

Due to the personal nature of these products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. Each product is handmade in small batches, please expect that each item may have slight variations from batch to batch. If items are damaged or the item is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange to remedy the situation to the best of our abilities.
